Bag Labeler Working Principle
Stack the items to be labeled (such as film, PE bags, paper boxes, cards, etc.) into a single layer (limited to one type) and place them on the sheet-separating device. The sheet-separating device automatically separates the items one by one and conveys them to the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt uses vacuum suction to attach the products to the conveyor belt and move them forward. A fiber-optic sensor detects the product as it passes by and sends a signal to the labeling control system. The control system then dispenses the label at the pre-set position and applies it to the designated area on the product. The product then passes through the label-applying roller, where the label is securely applied, completing the labeling process for a single label.

Manually place products on the conveyor belt -> Products are automatically separated and transported -> Product inspection -> Product labeling -> Collect labeled products -> Remove products.
Pouch Labeling Machine Scope of Application
High speed paging labeling machine is used to separate stacks of plastic bags or paper cards, cartons automatically into single pages and transfer them to the conveyor belt. It is convenient for the printer or laser machine/labeling machine to mark the products.

- Omni-Sensor: Ordinary sensors cannot detect transparent labels; therefore, a special optical sensor imported from Germany must be used in conjunction with the system.
- Data Reader: can read 2D QR codes, barcodes, and other information to facilitate the establishment of a product database for traceability purposes.
