Table Top Labeler Working Principle
After entering the conveyor belt of labeling machine, bottles are fed at a constant speed. Fixed devices on the machinery maintain a fixed distance between each item to be labeled while propelling them forward along the conveyor belt. Driven by the mechanical system (drive wheel, labeling wheel, and label roll), the drive wheel intermittently pulls the label tape, drawing labels from the roll. These labels are then applied to the items via the labeling device.
