7.2 We (RICIO ) provide machine operation instructions manual book both in Chinese & English. Online video guidance can be proceeded if needed.
7.3 Usu. 1 year standard quality assurance (QA) warranty period of time. Within the warranty time, some vulnerable spare parts can be served free of charge.
7.4 After delivery/shipment, our professional service engineers may offer onsite guidance, debugging services according to different situations.
